Antenna Height

The antenna height applied at the base station depends on where the base station coordinates are referenced. If the coordinates are referenced to some point below the antenna, the vertical offset between the marker and the Antenna Reference Point (ARP) should be entered for Measured Height. In this case, the total applied height would then be the addition of the vertical offset defined by the antenna model and the vertical offset between the ARP and the marker from which the coordinates are referenced.

If the base station coordinates are ARP values, the Measured height is by definition zero and the total Applied height is only equal to the difference between the ARP and the L1 phase center as defined by the antenna model.

If the base station coordinates are L1 phase center values, choose the L1 Phase Center option within the Measured to options and zero the Measured to height.
