Power Cycle the Radio Module

The radio settings are saved on the radio module. If the radio module is malfunctioning, a power cycle may recover the unit. A power cycle is suggested as a first step in radio recovery since it does not require the radio to be re-programmed.

  1. Start the SATELSTATUS log to monitor the radio status.

    LOG SATELSTATUS ONCHANGED

  2. Use the SATELCONTROL command to turn the radio off.

    SATELCONTROL POWER OFF

  3. Wait for the state in the SATELSTATUS log to change to OFF.
