Settings toolbar tab
The Settings Toolbar is located at the top of the Main Window. To access the Settings Toolbar, click the Settings tab.
The options set on the Settings Toolbar are maintained and will be used in subsequent NovAtel Convert sessions.
Enable individual file filters
The Enable Individual File Filters options determine if file filters are set globally or per log file.

Logs
When the Logs check box is selected, the logs to be converted can be selected per log file in the Input side of the Main window.
When the Logs check box is cleared, individual log filters are not editable. The log filters are set globally. The logs to convert are set using the Logs Filter window. The RANGE log compression settings are set using the Range Compression tab on the More window. -
Constellation
When the Constellation check box is selected, the navigation files that are included in the output can be selected per log file in the Output side of the Main window.
When the Constellation check box is cleared, individual constellation filters are not editable. The constellation filters are set globally using the Rinex Setting tab of the More window. -
Others
When the Others check box is selected, the Sample Period, Time Interval and File Split options are set per log file.
When the Others check box is cleared, the individual Other filters are not editable. The Sample Period is set on the Conversion Toolbar. The File Split options are set on the File Split tab of the More window.
Global Filter Priority
The Global Filter Priority options set how the global filters are applied when the global filters are changed.

All Opened Files
The changes made to the global filters are applied to all open logs files. -
Skip Modified Files
The changes made to the global filters are not applied to logs files that have had filter options set in the file. The changes are made to open log files that have not been modified. -
Skip All Opened Files
The changes made to the global filters are not applied to open log files. -
Ask Everytime This Happens
When the global filter changes are saved, a dialog box appears with the three options listed above.
Regardless of the option selected, any log file opened after the global filters are changed will use the new global filters.
Time System
Select the time system used in the Time Interval section on the Input side of the Main window.
Output Path
Select the directory in which the converted files are stored. To select the directory,

Click the folders icon in the Output Path section.

Use the dialog box to navigate to the directory.

Click the Select Folder button.
The chosen folder is shown in the text box in the Output Path section.
Open Invalid Files
Select how NovAtel Convert handles files with invalid data.

Yes
The file is opened even if invalid data is selected. -
No
Files with invalid data are not opened. -
Ask Everytime This Happens
When you attempt to open a file with invalid data, a dialog box is shown asking if you want to open the file.
