Dispatch Channel

This release introduces a new parameter, DispatchChannel, to support activation messages through an M2MClosed Machine-to-Machine interface as the primary mechanism for activation and to prevent future activations from being sent over L-Band or NTRIP

The DispatchChannel parameter allows certain API requests to designate the method in which a message is sent to the receiver. The DispatchChannel can be set to:

  • All – the message is sent via L-Band and NTRIP

  • TelematicsOnly – the message is sent via telematics only.

APIs that Support Selecting the Dispatch Channel

The following APIs support selecting the DispatchClosed The process of transmitting information from the system to a receiver. • Fixed a bug where expiring labels were incorrectly applied for some subscriptions.

  • Fixed a bug where Waypoint PCS purchase was not allowed for an entitlement with multiple licenses. The eStore now requires the entry of the activation ID to which the PCS applies.
