Programmable variable frequency outputs ranging from 0 Hz to 10 MHz (refer to the EVENTOUTCONTROL command). Minimum pulse period for the CPT7 EVENT_OUT lines is 50 ns. If your application requires a higher frequency defined pulse (i.e. always 20 MHz at 50% duty cycle), the waveform can be regenerated external to the CPT7 by using a Schmitt trigger or buffer with appropriate limits set on the output line. |
