Bits in the Reserved areas of this field may be set, but the Reserved bits should be ignored. A receiver can have only one active subscription at a time but a subscription can enable multiple services or bits. For example, “00000700” indicates the receiver has a TerraStar-C subscription though TerraStar-L is also allowed.
