SET4BITSBASPREAMBLE

Configure an SBAS PRN to use 4 bit preamble L5 data framing

Platform:

OEM719, OEM729, OEM7500, OEM7600, OEM7700, OEM7720, PwrPak7, CPT7, CPT7700, SMART7, SMART2

This command controls whether a tracked SBAS PRN will use the 3x8 distributed preamble defined in RTCA/DO-229D or the 6x4 distributed preamble defined in the proposed SBAS L5 DFMC ICD when framing the L5 signal navigation data.

All SBAS SVs will eventually transition to the proposed L5 DFMC 6x4 preamble format. Therefore, in a future release the default behavior of the receiver will be changed from the current 3x8 preamble to the new 6x4 preamble.
